If you have made a pre-order, you can pick up your items on the first two days of every tournament. Just head to the Tournament Admin area, which will be one of the first areas established at each of the tournament venues.

The admin areas are as follows:

Intermediate League: Undercover Gazebo at Diamond 1 next to the park
Little League & D2: Level 3 Function Room at Softball – Come up via the grand stand stairs
Senior League: BISP Function Room
Junior League: Committee Room at Castle Glen
